The Medalist Dart League operates the largest, most prestigious dart league year round in over 20 states across the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. Medalist also operates internationally in Japan and Mexico, with distributors in Germany, Rep. San Marino, Italy, Taiwan, Spain, England, Korea, Thailand and Sweden.

Medalist operates 2 leagues a year with 1 League Finals tournament and 1 Region Finals plus the Medalist World Championship Dart Tournament in July. In addition to these, most locations hold In-House tournaments during the course of the season. There is almost always something happening.

Playing Medalist Darts is not like other sports where only the "Best" can come out on top.
